Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation was created with a single goal in mind: to fund the valuable services and programs offered by Hospice of Palm Beach County. Your support allows us to continue to extend 24 hour assistance, counseling, in-home care, grief support programs for children and adults, and many other benefits, to anyone who needs them, regardless of their ability to pay.
Your unwavering generosity permitted us to care for over 7,300 patients in 2009. In addition, our John J. Brogan Bereavement Center cared for nearly 1,000 family members who needed our help. Programs, which are funded solely through donations, such as Integrative Therapies, the Nature of Grief counseling workshops, Camp Sea Star children’s retreat, Share pregnancy, infant and child loss programs and many others continued their efforts despite the struggling economy. In fact, our Music therapy program, which is one of the nation’s largest, grew and served more than 6,800 patients in 2009.
And, because of donors like you with unwavering commitment, we are able to provide the most consummate end of life care for the people of Palm Beach County. Your continued support impacts not only the patient but also their children, grandchildren and friends.
