Greg E. Leach was appointed President, Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation in October 2008. In this role, Greg is responsible for providing leadership to Foundation employees, donors, the Board of Directors and related parties, and conducting fundraising activities for annual support, memorial gifts, special projects, endowments, and deferred giving.

Greg joined the Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation with more than 25 years of Florida Banking experience. Prior to this position, he was President of Palm Beach Region for Seacoast National Bank. Leach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western Kentucky University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU.

Actively involved in the community, Leach is presently Immediate past Chairman of the Board of the American Heart Association for the 7 state Greater Southeast Affiliate; a Board Member and Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce; Immediate Past Chairman of the PGA Corridor Association; Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park Board member; a board member of the Suncoast Community High School foundation; a board member of the Palm Beach Gardens Historical Society; a board member of the Smoke Free Society and previously led the Smoke Free for Health Effort (Amendment 6) as Co-Chair for Palm Beach County. Leach is also an active member of TEC Florida and a former board member of The United Way and many other community outreach programs. He currently serves on the Budget Review Subcommittee and the Corporate Relations Review Committee for the American Heart Association’s National Headquarters and recently was awarded American Heart Association’s highest award …. The “Heart of Gold” Award. Leach is proud to be a Florida native and a member of the Northern Palm Beach community since 1988.

Richard Calcote

Richard recently assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for Spectrum Health, Inc. and its affiliates, including Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. Prior to this position, Richard was Corporate Controller for the organization. He has been affiliated with Hospice of Palm Beach County for more than two years as a financial consultant, and worked on the development of its accounts receivable and billing processes, and the implementation of The Medical Store's inventory system.

Prior to joining Hospice of Palm Beach County full-time, he owned an independent CPA / Consulting firm providing interim CFO, financial management and data systems consulting, and worked on a number of domestic and international projects. He also spent over 25 years as the CFO and Corporate Controller for a number of corporations, with extensive experience in international business management. During the early 1990s he was the VP of Finance for Tecmarine Lines, and later the VP of Finance for Tropical Shipping. During this period he oversaw the companies' domestic and overseas finance operations, risk management activities, and capital expansion programs.

Tish Carlo joined the Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation as Director of Planned and Major Gifts in June of 2009. She is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit prospects to ensure a strong base of ongoing financial support, as well as recognition and stewardship of individual major donors.

Prior to joining the Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation, Tish served as Director of Planned Giving for the American Heart Association (AHA), an organization she dedicated her services to for almost 20 years. In that role, she covered the east coast of Florida and the greater part of Georgia. During her tenure with AHA she also held roles as Division Director of the Town of Palm Beach, Director of Major Gifts and Foundation. Tish earned her Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Aside from her new role, Tish also serves on the Board of Directors of the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County and is a member of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and The Forum Club.

Cindy DeSilva

Cindy DeSilva joined Hospice of Palm Beach County in 2001 in the Accounting Department. One year later, she joined the Community Development Department to streamline the data entry process and improve the maintenance of donor information. In 2004, she assumed the role of Donor Relations Coordinator and was charged with cultivating existing donors and creating new fundraising opportunities. Mrs. DeSilva was promoted to Manager of Annual Programs and, ultimately, to Director of Annual Programs. In her current role, she is responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of expanded annual, memorial and donor recognition programs. Prior to joining Hospice of Palm Beach County, Mrs. DeSilva was a resident of Bergen County, New Jersey where she lived with her husband and three sons. Currently, she serves as Vice President-membership on the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a member of Leadership Palm Beach County 2009.

Lauryn Barry

Lauryn Barry joined Hospice of Palm Beach County in January 2007 as Special Events Coordinator and then on to her current role as Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of community outreach fundraising events and programs. Additionally, she oversees all corporate relations. Prior to joining Hospice of Palm Beach County, Ms. Barry served as Director of Foundation Operations at the American Gastroenterology Association’s Foundation for Digestive Health and Nutrition in Bethesda, MD, where she oversaw all gift processing activities, donor relations and special events, as well as the administration of research grants in excess of $2 million per year. Ms. Barry received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the George Washington University. She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
