A gift in honor of someone provides you a meaningful opportunity to recognize a birthday, wedding, anniversary, retirement or professional achievement. They may simply represent as a gift to all Hospice patients or acknowledge a special occasion or milestone in your life.
Gifts such as these have a significant impact on Hospice of Palm Beach County's ability to care for all who need and seek their services, regardless of their ability to pay. Moreover, they allow for those less fortunate to receive the same quality end-of-life care as the donor's own loved one.
For additional naming opportunities please call Tish Carlo at (561) 494-6880 or email at email@example.com
One of the most meaningful ways to support Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation is through special tribute gifts. Families may request that friends and colleagues make a donation in memory of their loved one, and often include this in the obituary.
Building Memories Brick by Brick
So that we can further enhance our patients' enjoyment of the outdoors, we have built a beautiful walkway which winds throughout the Helen L. Messic Meadow located next to the Charles W. Gerstenberg Hospice Center. This pathway is constructed of commemorative bricks honoring patients, families, friends and our staff. For a one-time gift of either $250 or $500, donors may purchase a brick in memory or in honor of someone special to create a lasting impression for years to come.

A View to Remember
Additionally, beautiful stained glass works of art are displayed in each of our inpatient units. Each piece is unique and truly a view to remember. For a one-time gift of $1,000 donors have the opportunity to list the name of a loved one on a plaque mounted on the frame on each side of the stained glass piece. Contributions raised are used to offset the operating costs of each respective unit.
