“We are excited to once again host this event,” said Donnie Hancock, President of South East Rods & Customs Car Club. “A close friend, and longtime member of our club, passed away in the care of Hospice of Palm Beach County. We were incredibly impressed with how at peace he was in his final days. This event is our way to show our gratitude as well as do our part to ensure that others in our community receive the same incredible care when they need it.”
This free event will take place on Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cars of Dreams Museum in North Palm Beach, Florida. Whether it is a restored classic car or a new luxury car, guests are invited to enter their wheels in the show. Those not interested in showing off their rides can take a check out some of the hottest cars in Palm Beach County. Participants are invited to make a $10 donation to Hospice of Palm Beach County in exchange for entrance to the exclusive Cars of Dreams Museum. This museum, owned by John Staluppi, is a unique playground for car lovers featuring one of the world’s greatest car collections. The museum features a custom built village representing small town Americana to a tee and is an experience that transports us back to the roots of the American car culture.
